    Their customer service can't be beat!!! Although the hotel was under construction it was a lovely stay. The room was small but well appointed and clever use of space in the bathroom for a larger shower area. Convenient access to beach, and shopping and restaurants. No need for a rental car .... Except to explore the north shore. Had to ask for coffee services but all in all a great stay.

    The hotel is located in a great location in Waikiki. Walking distance to great food locations and the beach. I stayed here for the 2024 Hapalua Half Marathon weekend. There's currently heavy construction at the hotel but wasn't bothered by it. Had a corner room on the 14th floor with a view facing towards the international marketplace. The hotel lobby is in a small temporary place during construction and can only be accessed on Kuhio Ave. It was little inconvenient since the sidewalk is closed off on Kanekapolei street. The room was clean and lady was super nice with room cleaning service. I would stay here again based on location and pricing. I'm sure the main lobby will be very inviting once construction is complete.

    Location, location, location. Our stay here amounted to 6 nights. Front desk service was efficient and courteous. Housekeeping staff were awesome getting your room cleaned and making sure you had the proper amount of towels and other toiletries. Restaurants, shopping and the beach are walking distance. There is a full fledge market right across the street, Waikiki Market on the 2nd level with ABC stores nearby. Parking is just off Kūhiō Street with the entrance right next to the coin laundry. My next visit to Waikiki will be back here for service and location. .
